Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unopened & unused.
Refunds
Once we have received & inspected the returned items we will issue you a refund. (The refund will be issued to the original payment method)
Damaged Items
If your items arrive and are severely damaged we will issue you back a refund worth 40% of the damaged item. However we cannot refund you for small damages such as scratches, small dents or marks.
Incorrect Items
If your items arrive and are incorrect, we will have you send the incorrect items back so that we can send the correct ones to you.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for;
Albums that have mistakes inside of the album such as typos, misprints or missing / damaged inclusions as that is a factory mistake & is out of our control.
We also cannot give refunds or accept returns for photocards as we cannot confirm their authenticity once they have been shipped & delivered to you.
